How do you deal with a micromanager? I have a manager that just keeps coming for me.

Write their name and birthdate or cell number 9n a piece of paper... cover it in honey, fold paper away from you, place in a snack size ziplock, put enough water in ziplock to cover paper, close ziplock and put it in your freezer. DON'T REMOVE FROM FREEZER! Hide it in the back! This will freeze that person from bothering you AND if you have to deal with them they will be sweeter to you.

Burn sweetening on yourself. That will make people sweeter to you! Always put that on you and not the other person.

I agree with all of yall and The Cloak amulet would really come in handy.

I did sweetning on 2 sups and life is better. Did you get the haze sweetning. Maybe try that when you walk into the job. A quick light.

Here are the first things that came to my mind:

-Hot foot powder

-Return to sender spell

-STFU spell

Honestly, I'd look for another job. Micro managers ans control freaks do not change. But in the mean time, I'd use sweetening and document everything.
