Depends on what work your doing. Most spells are recommend to repeat every three months
The candle itself or the effects?
A straight burn is about 3 days (for me). I usually burn HALO, HEALING & MARS straight through.
I'm not sure but I think we should always be laying cause even lala signed up for her daughters group workings because it saves her time
