Hi, yes. I even tried accessing them through the email. There was something that said ‘spend now’.When I pressed on it, to try and spend now, then it said there was a problem.I even restarted my phone and tried it a second time and it still didn’t work.
The points are redeemed on the website not wix. Once logged in one will look at the bottom left and click. Then follow process
I always use my cell phone and it works fine every time. Make sure you are signed in to your account though.
@On Red when pulling up the email that says redeem your saying it has to be from a desk top or lap top not cellular device to be clear?
