Hi, I have emails that say I have points, but when I try to access/apply points (going to the bag with hearts), it says I don’t have any points.
I haven’t ever used points.
Is there an email address for this kind of concern?

The points are redeemed on the website not wix. Once logged in one will look at the bottom left and click. Then follow process
