How to get a neighbor to move ASAP

Hello, I have an interesting situation~ my unit adjoins another and the person who moved in in the fall is now complaining about my footsteps being too loud, shaking her furniture and bed, and disturbing her sleep. The thing is, I am simply existing. I weigh 125 pounds, and I don't wear shoes in my house and I'm very mellow/chill at night. She's already using multiple white noise machines and ear plugs and my past neighbor and i never heard each other. Yesterday we met with the landlord and it is obvious to me she has a alot of hyper sensitivity and distress going on. She was very dramatic in saying if she has to move, she'll be homeless. It's a lie because we live in nice area so this isn't a subsidized housing situation. I feel she is trying to manipulate me emotionally. She moved here knowing she has issues with footsteps as she had this issue at her old home yet still chose a place with adjoining walls.

I declined to cover my (beautiful) hardwood floor unit in rugs other than the bed to the bath which is what i use the most at night. My landlord offered to try to do something to the foundation to absorb the noise.

Here's the deal: I want her gone. I don't want my landlords solution to work because I don't like her as my neighbor now. I don't wish her harm as she seems really fragile... but my previous neighbor was awesome (we never heard each other and my landlord said theres never been a single noise complaint here until this person moved in.). I don't like her and the game she's trying to play with me.

What can i burn to get rid of her peacefully but quickly?

I'm reading about hot foot powder so looking into that. I have cleansing candles, ahari, supreme quantum, mars and 6 POMars, 1st POSun, crossroads... I'd like to use what i already have.

I will also do my own protection work with protection candles i have as i am psychic and empathic and have already taken this stress on- but i'm over it. It's unreasonable.
