Hey Everyone I am not the one to jump the gun but I just started this job and the two girls there who are leads are racist and rude and making me very uncomfortable. Unfortunately they are super close to the manager so nothing will be done. I moved my son across the state for a fresh start and I will be damned if they push me out of this job. I have done sweetening just to be cordial and for the environment to be calm and not awkward or throwing shades and or talk rude to me but they still at it!!!
As anyone did the freezer magic ? How can I do it ?and also I was thinking to do stfu/war and mars. If I want to get their asssss tf out. What candles do you suggest?

Lala once offered a banishing ritual, which I used for a situation similar to yours and it worked. The person was fired for poor performance. Maybe try the 5th pentacle of the moon to banish the people bothering you in the workplace.
You want the gone from the job (HF) them to leave and find another job.
Like someone else commented use souffles or the oils, if you have them, when you go to work. The Guardian and Peace Souffles are excellent for work, then use the Healing and Aura Soufle's before bedtime and you should be good (you'll end up being completely unbothered over time). On days where you need a little extra you can use the Cloak Souffle only if you are not working directly with the Women.
A freezer spell can work, but that's more of an emergeny fix.

I would probably establish a routine with 4thP Moon, 2nd and 6thP Mars, 3P Saturn, and stuff like Cloak. Guardian Soufflé is excellent, also Power soufflé, and they smell very nice mixed.

You tried sweeten and it didn’t work🤷🏽♀️ so now you have to do what you have to do. It’s you or them. Definitely do stfu mars war and to 5POS/transport. You tried the peaceful way and it’s not working. This coming from a fellow peace maker. Lol handle them!
