I bought the ruin candle to get my ex back. My spirit keeps telling me not to burn it. It hasn’t shipped yet, can I email lala and ask for a different candle? If that’s an option what’s the email address for customer service Thank you

I believe all sales are final unless they are damaged, then the original purchase can be replaced.
