I understand more than I want to. I found I just had to practice saying no and it gets easier. Some of them will go away on their own anyway because they know they're wrong and over do it.

Some people, not everyone is like that.
When people know that you are kind hearted you’re done because they’re always going to take your kindness for weakness because they know that you’ll say yes. It never fails. However, when people hear resounding no they know not to keep asking because you don’t deviate from your answer, NO! I know it’s hard because the same situation used to happen to me until I started seeing now and after a while they knew not to ask me because the answer was always going to be capital NO.

Forgive me for saying this but, YOU have to learn how to say NO. You’re going to have people always asking for something or other; however, when you learn how to consistently say no after a while (the same) people will stop asking because they know you’ll say no.
