I ordered four candles from the BOGO before last with the triple Intense G/F Was scheduled for delivery yesterday and changed to today. Tracking says delivered and CCTV shows no one leaving anything at the door. I’m so distraught because I’m on a very tight budget and I needed those candle to manifest a new job and money. When I contacted them they say it’s been delivered and I get through to an actual human to speak. I already contacted The Conjure email. Been a good while since I cried over anything and I’m so close to tears. I’m literally feeling physical pain and lost my appetite over this situation. Hopefully, someone in the forum had a similar situation which was resolved and offer reassurance.

Contact customer service again and talk to a manager. Let them know you have proof with the CCTV that no one delivered the package to the correct address.
FedEx’s forevermore response is that it was delivered. Hopefully it can be quickly dealt with from Lala’s end. Why say something is delivered when it’s not?! I’ve been waiting to start off my week with my Intense and now this delay. Thank you very much for the encouragement 🤗
They will come when they are meant too. No need to worry. Just constantly live with the belief that what you want wants you. Call fedex and see if they can help. But do not get sick over the situation.
