When chanting, do I have to be specific and request for the spirits to NOT harm anyone when removing blockages?

Some People can be blockages, but it won’t harm them just move them out your way.
So I read that the removal of blockages could be mean, people, places etc.... I just wasn't sure if I needed to be specific... that's all
It’s removing blockages not harming anyone.. if you mean not to remove any positive work that you have done on yourself .. you have to make sure you say not to remove it
