Did the lawsuit get dismiss?

Not as of yet. We filed documents in early January and another party who was also drug into the lawsuit (car accident case) came thru with the receipts and asked in their own paperwork for the lawsuit to be dismissed. The person who filed was supposed to respond to that paperwork at the end of February and they never did nor has anything else been filed. I took that as a good sign, meaning they know they have no proof/case. I saw movement very quick...in about three weeks time. I still have some of the court candle to use, in the event I have to touch back on this and freshen up the work done. I ordered the bundle...I still have use with the 3rd POS and I purchased another 4th POM... because I had to use that Candle for another target ...which was a totally different situation but saw movement almost immediately with that one too. Sorry for long response!

I said something along the lines of “this lawsuit will be dismissed, the lawsuit is frivolous, there will be no consequences for ______ (my target’s name) because of this lawsuit” of course it should be tailored to your situation.
