The one other time I really squeaked in at not quite the 3 day mark, but again I was feeling really pulled to light Halo was on the recent full moon. I technically shouldn’t have lit it until Thursday night, but instead I woke myself early Thursday morning at the time the moon was exactly supposed to be full and lit it then. Otherwise I always wait the three day’s.
You’re supposed to wait 3 days between each candle. I usually do that, but there’s been a few times that I’ve really felt strongly pulled to do it on a certain day that hasn’t fallen quite past that 3 day mark, and I think that’s alright. For example I burned my sweetening on Wednesday, and it didn’t burn out until Thursday night. I had my setup all ready to light my DA/Ahari on Monday, but for some reason last night I every time I walked by it was like something was telling me to light them up. At first I thought nah I was just excited to light them, but then I kept feeling this real pull, so I ended up doing it. I think it was the right choice because the flames were insane, there were little swirls of white smoke, and when I took a picture there were small blue orbs around my candles that were not there before and definitely not a reflection on anything, so I feel like spirit was definitely present and working. But again typically it’s best to wait 3 days, and I just broke the rules a bit because I really felt pulled to it.
Wait 3 days before you start a new candle
