So my perfomance has been slipping at work and I’m in a bit of trouble. Which candles and what order should I do to do better and influence my boss not to be upset with me? I’m really skating on thin ice the point i could end up on probation🥺. All advice needed and appreciated!
My opinion for this matter would be: Sweetening, STFU, SIRE, and 4th Pentacle of Jupiter. Also, create a sweetening jar for that boss.

You can start with Sweetening to ease the pressure for the time being; BUT you may want to do work on yourself to be focused and be a top performer at work, resulting in advancement and more money ... OR do work to help you get into a career that you love and will apply yourself effortlessly. --- POWER, SIRE, GF are good, along with 5POM. You may also want to do a round of cleansing to get rid of any entities that are feeding off your energy.
