Intense DA/Sweetening or Rekindle?

So a situation with a potential flame got a tiny bit sour - all this while burning CrossRoads so I wonder if this was meant to happen.

I tried the Summon after because I was obviosuly having the silent treatment. He got to message me back - with some more gaslighting. Which I think might need some honey down his throat. But I kinda want him to come back. I wondered if doing the DA/Sweetening then the Rekindle would work.
