Exactly what it's called is how you know!!! Same for me I was talking to ppl about certain things and noticed some funny ish and sure enough I saw a slight decrease but that was my sign to stfu!! Like I been doing and stay protected! So you know it when you see it!
Iām not sure. I think the evil eye is a broad term of projecting negative energy and spells onto someone else.
