Ok thanks. One more question do I have to use my targets picture does that work the best. Or I can write the target full name and birthday and location on a piece of paper and then put it under the candle

If you have the picture use it, if not the D.O.B, name, location works! Any personal concerns if you have any too. (Clothing, DNA, etc)
