I placed an order on January 7 and my product still isn't ready to be shipped. I have gotten in touch with customer service. They told me since each product is made to order they only started to process my order on February 4. It's still frustrating that it's been two months and my order is still in the processing stage. I emailed them 4 days ago and they still don't know when it's going to ship. Has anyone else ever waited this long? Just curious.

When I placed my order today the days for shipping has changed just remember the candles always show up when you need them be patient they will come

My last few orders have always shipped fast. I am currently waiting on one order from the last sale still but never the less I always know my order will get shipped out. I find that when I order the body soufflés they ship the fastest. But you will get your order.
