I lit a candle on Tuesday from 12 to 10pm and I wanted to know if it would be ok to light a Venus candle? Does it have to be a complete 72 hours to light another candle?

24 hours (1 day) is from 10:00 PM Tuesday to 10:00 PM Wednesday. So, three days will end at 10:00 PM tonight, Friday.
You can light Venus at noon if you would like.
