In the email where the first thing needs to be the name and DOB is that ours or our target’s?!
It is not specified in the email Ms Lala sent us, it just says “full name”, not “your name” or “target’s name”.

Hello, I put my name and DOB because it only asked for my name and DOB. Maybe I should have added it, but it is in the original form so I’m hoping that’s ok. His name is in the petition. Next time maybe I will add both.
@Bella I got confused to that why I sent it with my name and dob and just added my target name in the petition but not his dob… but I just resent it again in the same email and added his dob but I’m not sure if it’ll make a reference .
So I added my name and my DOB and my targets name into my petition but not his DOB because how the petition was written … is that ok ? 🥴

I have just updated mine again. This time I put my dob and that of my target
I did this: Jane Doe 01-01-89 John Doe 02-02-87 Then my petition I do it everytime this way! Hope it helps
I added: Me: name, dob, location Target: name, dob, location Revised Petition: 😊
