I think if this is for yourself you should not use 4POS. in you case, you can probably go with soul tie healing, and a couple of other ones by soul.purge ceremonies. Do a general blockbuster without putting your guy as a target.:: if he ends up being bad, spirits will remove them without you needing to do or have anything more. Then do healing candle if you find yourself still missing or obsessing him.
you can also light loyalty and obsession on yourself without adding him or anyone as a target.
then for icing on cake for self love sweeten yourself for yourself.. Mars to protect all this healing self love work.
I would not do more than that . you seem strong willed about this decision so it will manifest quickly with probably blockbuster alone.
my spirit squad says to tell you to not waste 4POS when you want to have a clean break on your own relationship. Those pentacle ones for that candle are super strong and not to be played with even for just a separation intention.
ps. For something like this you will heal more if you also put in the work yourself (non majick lay) for the majick to manifest
