can I use this right for self love as well as the one I love? I’m healing from a terrible relationship, I’ve also reconnect with the one man I’ve ever loved and we both admitted that we still love each other deeply, but have more healing to do. I figure this is exactly what i Need to heal and reconnect with him. I’m aware that this will take time since we both are healing but I figure this could help us both a lot!
