I suggest doing some hardcore stalking 🤣…. If you have a first name and date of birth and where the person lives or lived like city and state then you should be able to find them on social media or if you know one of their friends or who they use to hang out with you can check their social media and go through the list of friends they have on social media and search the first name of ur target
