I’m assuming I can but want to make sure lol.... mars begins at 12:08 in my location tonight would it be ok to light my conjure candle for mars then?

I’m lighting my Mars candle directly @ midnight since it’ll officially be Tuesday anyway.
You can conjure at Midnight, but it’s technically still Monday (in planetary hours) so be sure to pay respect to the Moon.
In planetary hours Monday 12 midnight is still considered Monday, not Tuesday. That was my very first conjure mistake. The first hour of Mars is Tuesday morning during the 7’oclock hour.

If it's Tuesday 12:08am you should be good, since your doing it on Mars day (even though it's early hours of the morning)✨
