This is the 2nd Mars candle that I have purchased that will not stay lit. I have drained liquid and even changed my petition and it still won't work. I have emailed Lalla while ago but still have gotten no response. Can anyone tell me what else can be done to protect my work? I'm not buying another mars candle and I can't get a response for help

Mine went out 30x but i kept on it....u have to keep trying....i think it was a problem with that batch ...only 2/3 would burn but it did work....so keep trying....
