I will be attending this zoom. Is there anything anyone does to prepare for these rituals? I know im going to do a cleanse. But should I set up an altar as well or just burn my supreme 4 for protection? Any advice is welcomed.

Nothing is mandatory to prepare but I am into meditation now so I will be doing that prior but again this is a personal choice not required! Hope that helps!
you don’t necessarily need to do those things because it’s moreso a class where she goes over the different seals & how to use them. then at the end she will do a ritual. however, you can do those things if you want to.
That would be a great idea do a cleanse and maybe an altar would work
