So my money pot is so powerful it sets off my smoke alarm every time I lite it 😩 I can’t let it burn. Has this happen to anyone? any suggestion? I’m thinking about just taking the batteries out of it for a few hrs

A shower cap over the smoke detector works wonders.
Try putting a shower cap over it
