My package was returned back because I forgot to add my condo number 😡😡 I have sent an email but can anyone please tell me how long it normally takes to get a reply back ? I've sent DM"s, and a few emails directly.. Thank you

The same thing happened to me. I sent an email with the tracking and order number in the title with the issue and got a response the same day.
