Hello, I love the Candels and find them to be an awesome addition to my meditation/intention time. I’m saddened at the fact of my placing two separate order on Nov. 28, 2020 one with sezzle and the other #65528 that I paid in full. This order has not come as of today January 1, 2021. Are you able to share what’s happened. I’ve ordered Candels before and I’ve never had to wait past the time you’ve stated in the emails 7-10 days. Are you able to assist me please? I sent numerous email with no response. Another odd thing as I’ve emailed I’m past and received an response within a few days.

Very nice words and a nice way to reply to someone’s message. Some people can be very rude when it comes to reply a to a message to someone new to the forum.

The orders will come. I ordered 3 times on the Thanksgiving sale. My first order showed up at my doorstep yesterday, no warning, no email, nothing. I just had a delivery lol. Download the FedEx app also. Stay positive and work on your chants my friend.
