Need help with Alters , plates , and spelled candles

Hello everyone 😊 first off. I wanted to see how some of your results have been using the altars. Second, I tried using the supreme quantum alter along with a spelled candle. Just really hardly haven’t seen any results with any of the altars. For example, I tried the supreme quantum with a rekindle candle, loot the incense set out two glasses of water, one for the supreme quantum and the other for the rekindle used a picture of me and my target and enchanted over. I’ve also tried a few of the other altars and just haven’t seen the results. I’ve been looking for I followed the instructions on the altars. I’m not sure lol just like the supreme X alter that I used towards a target haven’t heard of any results since I’ve done it a couple of months ago and I possibly doing something wrong. Any info would be helpful.
