I’m not sure but am Thinking Maybe there is something else to burn before Ahari to clear and heal ?
As long as there wasn’t any intention behind it I think you’re fine. Not everything we think, we necessarily believe. Meaning some thoughts are just random, yet triggering and “inform” the body as to how we should feel in the moment (a thought leading to stress levels rising can convince you that you believe the thought is true bc you feel it in your body). I try to look at those moments as opportunities for shadow work rather than feed them energetically. However, if we intentionally and continuously feed certain thoughts then I do believe it can manifest as a behavioral pattern or event. Shifting how you feel about negativity can be helpful too. We do live in a positively and negatively charged universe, so they both serve a purpose. No need to fear it. Hear it out, extract the lesson, then focus on how you want to feel. ❤️
