Okay, so I placed an order on may 22nd. It was shipped on the 14th so I should've received it on the 16th. I wasn't home so it was supposed to be left at my front door. I got a notice saying it wasn't secure, which was weird because I had just received my first order and it was left at my front door. Long story even longer, I put in a redelivery for the next day. Which was the 17th. It didn't come. So I go and check and it still says to this very hour that it's still in transit. I'm so pissed. Because I waited and saved up to get these candles and souffles. I called the post office and they don't have any idea where it could be. I've sent emails everywhere and no response as of yet. Just needed to vent thanks guys.

USPS has been doing this a lot lately. When I asked my local usps why my package still didn’t get to me from their post office as it showed it had arrived at my local post office, they said they were “short staffed” Open a case with usps by either calling the customer service USPS (not local) and go to your local usps (if the tracking shows it there) with your name and tracking number

I ordered on May 22nd also. My order status was pre-transit since 6/8. Even this morning it said "pre-transit". And it was delivered today.
