I am a first time customer and I purchased the 3 Tier Blood Rite on March 25, 2024. I have reached out to customer service several times) and I have yet to get a response. I am trying to be patient and understanding, but I can't help but wonder if I have taken advantage of. fifty dollars is a lot for some people to spend and just be left in the dark not knowing if what they purchased is being worked on. I haven't received a confirmation video, or email, confirming that the rite that I purchased was completed, just an email from customer service stating that we received your concern and we will get back with you. It has been weeks now. Is anyone else having the same issue? I took a chance and my experience has been disappointing.

Please check your spam. It should be in there. An email with a link to the video of rite completion is ALWAYS sent out. Lala/The Conjure will never take advantage of anyone. I trust Lala more than I trust myself. No joke. I've done many many rites with her and bought countless candles for 3 years and counting. She never disappoints.
