I can say that I’ve used Simi for money emergencies and each time she’s come thru. She’s for more than money though. The instructions for how to use her are on the bottle.

I have used the Simi emergency oil all the time it is a well intention product. I found that with a great deal of respect ( Remember this is someone's Grandmother) She is very happy to help you with your kind words and chant/ Request. Just stay Position and clear on your intentions.

I have heard that the Alpharetta location has problems with that. Not sure where you’re at but that does sound puzzling. Maybe an attempt to contact the Post Office.

It's still on the way to you. There's a few centres it has to check-in at. After regional, it then makes it way through the network, at a location closer to you.... The fact they've confirmed they have it and it's arriving later than expected is a good sign.

I placed an order September 1 and did not receive it until November. I received the tracking number and notification that the order had been accepted and received I continued to follow the tracking number and it had gone to the Alpharetta Georgia post office and sat there for numerous weeks with no movement. The label had been received, but the product had never arrived. I emailed numerous times to Customer Support and even on this privatechat to Layla. I did receive it in November after numerous attempts because their customer service has to investigate where the product is looks like it has not been shipped on your end.

One of my packages showed up with the wrong item & Ive been emailing customer service & getting no response yet she just released all products again. I truly love Lala but no business is above being critiqued just because it’s a spiritual business. 4 months to wait for an order is outrageous

I had a similar situation ordered product back in very beginning of September(Labor Day weekend) and receive my product in November. It did take many emails and also posting on this chat thread, but Personal under my name,

after several attempts I did get a response. And many prayers honestly to ask the ancestors to help and I did receive my product probably around three weeks ago. The Postal Service said the same thing and it was out of the Alpharetta location I was very concerned for quite a bit

But thankfully, I did receive my product and I have since ordered and am anticipating arrival. I do hope they continue to stay on top of things and assist customers

I wouldn't think it mattered, the spirits attached to the coin I wouldn't think are bound by the casing. I like to carry more than one so I've been keeping them in the cases so they don't jingle jangle, in my purse, or my cargo pants pocket. I have taken it out to hold it, or my jeans pockets keep it secure. I feel they're effective. All but the Reno so far, even when coupled with the wealth coin & Q8. But, I'm trusting the process my request is a pretty tall order so I'm patiently awaiting the shifts and alignment needed.

Only for the protection not for the beauty. I feel beauty would be best put in a carrier oil and maybe rose or jasmine oil added for scent. Or make a bar soap, or place on a candle. Lots of options with beauty. With all of them actually.

Sorry tried to share what another user posted. You can find some helpful times under the forum. Click the search “glass” type in the name of the candle(s) and many results will come up. Some of the candles aren’t in the booklet so a lot of ppl have posted helpful chants, etc… in the forum.

The orders will arrive but I'm sure they are still backed up with previous orders form when their store was briefly closing to get an upgrade. I placed an order in Sep didn't receive it until the middle of Dec. I placed another order in Oct and didn't receive it until January. Nonetheless it will arrive & you will be pleased. When you received your seal was it already activated, or did you have to wait for the rite to happen before it began to work for you??

I feel they should at least change the conformation email to state minimum of three weeks instead of 10-20 days. Those of us that order regularly know that it could be 2-3 months right now and order accordingly, but it is still disheartening when it takes so long after a seemingly promised date.

No and lala has stated that she come out with too much newness to keep updating the booklet. She also leaves instructions under each new candle. Also @Ife- Grow, Learn, Evolve has made several pinned posts on each new system.

Lala has done everything to prepare it all you have to do is light the frankincense and the candle chant your intentions. Since it's not a conjure candle with a seal it's even easier. Set your intention and start chanting your desire for the candle. Depending on my intention and the size of the candle I like to write petitions as well, but that is what I like to do, I would never tell another to do what I do but it's an option of choice. 😊 Set those intentions and let wealth 11 do what it does best. 😉
