My layered crossroads candles doesn’t have the seal on the candle will it still work?

Same here. Getting 3 replacements! But what do we do with the candles that we have without the seals??

Hey everybody quick update they are just gonna replace the candle for me thank you to everybody who helped
So I did reach out they responded and will be sending me out two new ones 🙌🏾🙌🏾
I told them so we shall see I will let you know luv
So I emailed them I think it probably will end up being resolved
I reached out to @Ife about this.... you should be able to use the seal on the box, all of mine came the same way as well.
Yes I have the seal. I conjured it
So I don’t know if requesting a replacement will work mines came the same so maybe we have to find out if this is suppose to be the case 🤷🏾♀️
@Ashley Jackson send an email to Orderissues@theconjure.com and request that a replacement be sent. It'll be replaced.
Ashley cut the seal from the box and tape it on your candle
Is there a label on the bottom of the candle?
My mercury still worked for me.
If possible (without tearing it), I’d try to remove the seal from the box and put it on the candle.
Can you print it out and glue to candle? 🤔
You need the seal for 5pomercury to work. The spelled Crossroads will work.

WoW @Ashley Jackson, Lah-Lah’s candles has her specific intent. Although I believe it will work however, I’m not a seasoned vet😉
