I am sending this message regarding my October 2023 order #178782. Seven items were missing from that order. I sent an email and was asked to take pictures of the items I received. I did and emailed the photos but I still did not receive the missing items. I followed up several times using the same email thread and I have not received the 7 missing items. The missing items are:
Placed several orders in May and I haven't received anything. I would like to order some oil and elixir but I terrified that I won't receive it. It is a bit concerning to see that people have been waiting since last year to receive their orders.... my anxiety is going through the roof. I am trying to be patient, but not knowing if you are ever going to receive your purchase after spending so much money is stressful to say the least....

I received my last 3 orders today!! (Well last until I order again)... Thank you Aunty Lala and team! Y'all were NOT playing. I kept envisioning my orders being delivered to me as I ordered them, with every item and in tact; this has always been my intention when ordering and it definitely was just that. Every oil (body & Ether) is filled to the tippy top! The 🐉 oils are beautiful. My candles are all here. I am tremendously appreciative. Thank you Conjure family and may everyone receive their orders fully as they anticipate. 💜❤️
I'm still waiting on my order from October it's been over 2 months since the label created (February 5). There's not been no movement. I ordered in October 20,2023. I've already emailed a few times every month, but there's no reply back through email 🙁
email orderissues@theconjure.com. put Urgent on subject line with order number(s) and let them know you are moving...you can also do a forward address/address change with USPS to have your shipments forwarded to new address.

Thank you. I live in an apartment now and they use a 3rd party (fetch) for us to receive our larger packages. I will definitely send another email with the information you provided putting the order # In the subject box instead of the body of the email. Thank you for your assistance!
Has anyone received their Dragon Elixir orders? I ordered in February and sent emails. But I haven’t even seen anyone talking bout the elixirs. So Im guessing none of those have been sent out yet. They normally email me back, but I know they are super busy.
I ordered the Dragon Elixirs too. I sent out an email asking for an update and recently heard back on April 10th. They said they're still working through Jan orders.
It took 4 months for my order to arrive. I ordered it in Dec. And a label was printed on the 7th. I have other things going on but the packages were finally delivered. I don’t know if they have everything I ordered. The other orders has soufflées that were empty
Same thing that has been going on for the past few years. It took four months for my order. I wish I ordered more money candles because I won’t be going through for a really long time.
I got my tracking number confirmation today. It’s funny because I read on Google about witching hours and this morning. I woke up around 3 AM and cannot fall back to sleep until after 5 AM I know that spirit is with me letting me know is your time I’m a first time customer but I know that Ms LaLa is the truth I’m excited for what’s to come
I got a email from CS a few weeks back saying they are behind. I’m positive I’ve never waited this long for a order but she’s never ran sales like this either. I also got a email about 2 weeks ago from January. I ordered in Jan, Feb, and March. Good part is I’m done paying for the candles

Thank you so much for your response! That’s good that you received a response! 😊. When you say done paying for the candles, do you mean you were using an installment plan? Are orders on plans fulfilled at a different time even though it’s paid in full via the 3rd party at the time of purchase?
Hello, I'm new here. I have few things in my cart and not sure if I'm making a good choice. I want to purchase a Conjure candle so bad but not sure where I'm going to burn it because I live in a room in a friend house who don't like incense or candle burning in it, and she is always home. I'm stuggling financial wise. I'm trying to find a way to get a head start. So I want to know would the body spray helps me a bit at least to help pay my bills and get my own private place? Also can I use 2 different body spray at the same time , the cleanse would be my first. Can someone with experience reply back to me please.
You know what, that's sounds like a good idea. I just have to find a cheap hotel that allow smoking to so I can use. I wish I was in America to afford a motel 😔
Its unacceptable this point. An average of 3 months for candles is just crazy. I've been a long time suppprter and I've spent bank but its out of hand. Its almost damn Easter and we don't have orders from CHristmas.
That’s messed up you didn’t get a refund. I don’t get it either! I ordered a few times October -December thinking she REALLY was closing her shop for good or atleast for a while. Then not even a month later it’s open again and so many people have not received their orders and it’s taking months but she’s doing all these sales and rites it doesn’t make sense to me if so many people are waiting on orders from October/December people spent a bunch of money thinking she’d close for good all for her to not even close
I’ve been waiting for 3 months now. A label was printed 10 days ago for January . But then another 65% off pops up . This will definitely be my final order. And to see January orders placed AFTER mine received? That’s just not okay.
I bought a ritual from Tina also and she disappeared said she was editing it.then comes back sayin she was celebrating. But posting being out for 3 more weeks?!! . then 3 wks later it’s up (ironically along with 3 others) all same day same weather in the background. some of those to my understanding were from FEBRUARY .. And the petitions? The number of people that said they signed up . Theres no way all those petitions were on the tiny 2sheets of paper .
I understand your frustration.. sis definitely make enough to serve her customers better... I've spent thousands and I believe it is unacceptable as well.. I've been waiting 5 months with no response or update 😕 😒
I received another one of my orders but I didn't receive the gift that was advertised. Hopefully it's in one of my other orders that I place during the same time frame. I'm grateful to have my products though. Thank you Conjure team.
Update: I received another order from December and it had the crystal gift in it. Only 1 more to go for my December orders and I am patiently waiting as I know that I will receive all of my items to perfection in divine timing. Thank you Conjure family.
I got an email replying to mefrom the conjure but when I asked about my dec order and this email looked a little off it said conjure zendesk and they told me to track my order on a link and I did not want to click on it . I don’t know if their email got hacked or mine . I never got an email from them like this .

I've received mine :) from January!! My candle smells so good 🥰🤩 I just don't know how to use halo and 11wealth body oil can someone help I'm new lol
