Am I the only one that doesn’t sleep when I light a candle? I will be dead tired and the energy is so intense I just cannot turn off. It’s like I get a renewed energy and want to do things and my mind won’t rest. I noticed last night when I lit Mars during the full moon that this was my 3rd candle, 5th lighting and it is a pattern. Maybe I’m excited or too sensitive. Anyone else notice patterns when you light a candle?

I lit halo last night and I was very sleepy and I couldnt fall asleep ... I would fall asleep then wake up im like look at spirit being playful lol but I wanna go to sleep 😩
Me, I lit halo last night this was my first candle ever and I was soooo tired but I couldn't fall asleep I was in bed and I was wide awake tossed and turned all night, finally tried to sleep around 6 but something woke me up
