I want to kick this bad habit of smoking cigarettes, it's been taking a lot of my money. In Ms. Lala's booklet it says not to speak what I don't want so could I say "I'm Obsessed with quitting cigarettes", "I'm Obsessed with staying away from cigarettes", I'm Obsessed with staying cigarette free" or none of the above. If neither could someone please please give me some suggestions because I really don't want to speak in existent of what I don't want. Please and thank you!

Halo helped me quit smoking cigarettes..not 1 since December 2019
I am obsessed with having healthy lungs. My lungs are free of pollution and disease. I am obsessed with breathing clean air and inhaling health.
I had a bad habit of smoking weed.. when I did Ahari I would wake up and say I’m weed smoker free, I dislike weed, cravings are gone. I haven’t smoke in a good 2 weeks. I have to say even my weed I had is gone can’t find it lol
