How long do you wait to dispose off the offerings when you light candles and the candle is done?
In my case once the 7 powers is complete, what do I do with the offerings and petition? Can I burn my petition as usual?

Ok the liquids how do I dispose? Or flowers?
I've had this candke multiple times from the original Botanica. 7 day candle absolutely beautiful. I usually burry the offerings with my candle.
This candle is the one I'm speaking on. How to dispose respectfully if I live in a condo and have no yard?
Depends on the candle .. we talking LWA , Conjure, or spelled? Conjure and Spelled, when I dispose the candle, I also dispose the offering with it. For LWA, I keep those and only throw out the perishables and keep all other offerings with the veve on their altar. Hope this helps.
