Yeah I am also waiting for my 11/26 order, I received a tracking number which was sent the 03/12, I have been tracking my item since, apparently the item got to the Uk airport on the 09/12 since then I don’t have any more information about the item and I can’t contact USPS from the UK I don’t know why.
Hey I sent them another e mail with the subject line urgent and I haven’t received any reply from them until now.

I think you are supposed to put urgent on subject line.
I email them as well regarding my order, I haven’t received a response either I also send a message on this app but not response.
