Please do not block me. I am contacting you to find out if order has been shipped. I placed my order 04/11 from site not app. I had an order stolen from my door recently (from different company) and concerned it may occur again. I've sent emails to orders@theconjure.com. Next time I order I will use mailbox service to try and avoid the theft. Thank you!

Or you can be a stalker like me and stop the Fedx man in the middle of the street. You can also buy them a little trinket gift card for about $10, they will make sure you get every order time.

I would email them again, they normally always respond within a reasonable amount of time.
You may open a FedEx account & check when it's being shipped. Most times. Some time they will just pop up. They now offer the option of a pick up from one of the location's or Walgreens. You can reach out to them if you're able to get the tracking information.
I always place my orders on the website and they USUALLY show up on the app anaway. Try checking the app.
