Does anyone know where you reach out to get answers about an order you placed. I’ve written her on Instagram and the contact is portion of the website with no results. I just want to know what happened with my order. Please help

@Elisa Medina It can take up to 6 weeks to receive your order. Especially since you placed yours on her last Intense Sale. I hope this helps.✨
I've joined the family this year, well late December, 2020. I've placed and received 4 orders so far, all a month later, with zero tracking emails. 🤷🏾♀️ Not saying it's right, but it's what I've come to notice is the norm. All these purchases were also during a major sale. Download the FedEx, app, and set up the notifications for any packageges coming to you through them. That's how I know when my items have shipped, and they arrive within two - three days.
I’m going through the same thing and I ordered Feb13. Sent an email to see if my order was received and no response🤷🏻♀️. I had ordered through the website without an account. I then made an account and those 2 orders say shipped already . I appreciate those updates but my 1st order I know nothing about. So I’m just trying to be a good patient girl lol. I was thinking of asking for another update in like a week or so, hopefully I get a response then.
Usually when she has big sales, the orders can take over a month to arrive. I placed another order after that and received it last week lol. Also she said they didn't have some of the supplies, so it's going to be delayed.
I understand all that and I have no problem with waiting. I just never received my confirmation email. So it’s like I paid for something and have no confirmation of it
I never received a confirmation email. Today I’m receiving order made on February 12.
Also, please do not count weekend days. February was a very high demand month. She & daughters posted due to the need of more supplies and late delivery orders were backed up
The thing is. I never received a confirmation email. All I have is a completed PayPal receipt
