I was informed yesterday, Due to the high volume in orders, shipping times are now 10 -14 business days (not including weekends) and sometimes later. You will receive tracking from the Fulfillment Center once your order ships. I’m patiently waiting for their arrival. It’s also to note if you purchase during a sale there will be delays. If you ordered in after the middle of March, give it at least 2 more weeks. If you ordered before then download the FedEx app to track you package. It’s about a 1 to 1 1/2 month turn around especially during sales. Eriss usually ships before candles.
