I haven't received any other communication or tracking number for my order I placed on the 16th of February... My profile "check orders" is saying I don't haven't made any orders.
I have emailed and sent messages to lala and on the Wix app... I need to know what's going on!? I should be receiving m candles by the middle of march....
Has anybody else ordered candles and still received them on time even without a tracking number or anything ?? I'm stressing right out




Ive also had issues with my oder from DECEMBER and Ive gotten no response or help. Ive been placing orders for years with this company and each order seems to come with more things wrong. Ive used the support email and gotten "we will get back to you" but its been two and a half months. This is the email I just sent:
Hello,
I am responding to this email as well as sending one through the site. I still have not received a response to this issue about my body souffle and now seem to have a possibly wrongly packaged candle and Im not sure how to use it.
I have a Sire candle that seems to be fine however according to instruction book there shouldn't be herbs in it if there is a seal however there is a seal, herbs and glitter. Im confused by that. It is also listed differently than the "4th Pentacle of Jupiter" candle on the site as well. Being that one is spelled and one is conjure however these seem to be combined in my order.
Also the one I originally wanted to send the email about is my Good Fortune candle. It says "good fortune" on the sticker on top of the box but has a "1st Pentacle of Mercury" seal on the front, which according to the site is Magnetism. It has herbs and glitter as well. The "good fortune" candle on the site is listed as a spelled candle and is supposed to come with oil and adventurine (mine came with neither but with frankincense and charcoal).
The instruction booklet is very confusing because both of these candles seem to be either of the options of spelled and conjure as both have the Circle of God, spirit Seals and herbs (it specifically says in the booklet that the conjure candles "will NOT have herbs in it".
Im a long term customer of yours, I even have a glass Eriss Prosper jar that I keep in my bathroom, and have purchased quite a few candles and Im really disappointed in my recent purchases. Im so happy for your success but it seems as each order has come lacking youve gotten busier and as Ive placed them. My last email was sent in December and Ive never gotten a response. I really need to get these spells going as soon as I possibly can as Im a single mom of four trying to get a business of my own started while at home with my 16 month old and was excited and trusting when I placed my orders with you.

i Have Orderd With Her 3 Times An Now Waiting On My 4th Order From Feb12th I Never Get A Tracking Number They Just Come 2-3 Weeks .Your Fine This Is Normal
I got one out my candles I ordered on 2/5 I didn’t have a tracking number but I made a bigger order before that and didn’t receive it yet only reason tracking orders are good is because ppl steal and I won’t know if it came or not
I’m waiting on 6 candles; ordered in 2/13🤦🏽♀️
@Daniel Zak Roberts👑 trust me they'll come. Sometimes it take a month. But they come without a tracking sometimes. Dont sweat it.
Oddly, I received the last and smallest of the orders I placed on 2/12 sale this past weekend. So I am still waiting on two more. However, all my orders are visible in my app. The tracking number isn't available until it’s shipped.
It's not the fact I'm not being patient... I have no qarms about waiting... I just got confused about the "No Order history" and just one email since I paid that's all... that's why I asked if anybody else had been through the same... I have complete faith in my candles arriving, I'm always having good positive movements from my target so it's all going well
It sounds like no one has received orders from the Feb sale yet, so you’re good. It’s only been 2 weeks, this is nothing in La La’s order fulfillment world. The amount of candles we order is those few days is INSANE. It just takes awhile to get out. 🖤
This happened to me when I placed my very first order (Black Friday), I was logged into my account and everything. The order has never showed up in the "my orders" section, and I never received any tracking info, but the candles did arrive a month later. I hope it all gets resolved.
I have never received other emails after placing my orders or notification on the app. But I have an account with FedEx that handles the shipping, and they notify me when a package has been received for them to ship. Then I come back to the app, and I see the status is updated as shipped. On another not I personally order on my desktop computer but can see my orders in the app. I hope everything works out.
It’s coming my last January just got mailed out.
As long as there are other people who have had he same as this then my stress level is gonna drop since they will still be delivered

i ordered on feb 12 and still waiting for mine. but i had to email for a shipping update so mine might take longer, and i accidentally put yes to order for booklet needed that might be the reason why mine is taking long but the longest i heard is 1 1/2 month so yours should be shipping soon since she has so many orders, just be patient it’s worth it i heard 😇
So my candles should still arrive even though I won't get a tracking number?
Happens to me sometimes. You will receive a tracking number when they ship out to you. Don't stress out. You will keep notification when they are mailed.

It will arrive. Lala has specifically said to stay off the chat with order issues to send your concerns to the order issues email to keep from being a victim of fraud. They don’t arrive in any specific order but they will come. Be patient.

If you weren’t signed into your account at the time of purchase it will not show in your “orders”. Also you will not receive weekly/ biweekly updates. It’s only been 2 weeks, be patient it’ll arrive!
