Shipped last Monday, said they’d be here by Friday (23 July) and then they said end of day Monday (26 July). idk if it’s Ohio or FedEx but come on now 🙏🏽
I need help, I still have not received my order from May 31st final store closing sale! No response about it from customer service, and they sent me an incorrect tracking number, I’m getting anxiety over it bc it’s A LOT of money, and I have nothing…I cried a lot over this, I need them to respond to me and fulfill the order, this just doesn’t seem right 😥
Hey so I ordered on 19, 22 and 25th. I received my package from the 19th today. The company sent it out 4 days after ordering. Even though the email says it may take up 10-21 days. LaLa has two full warehouses working on the packages. I would just say be patient maybe because of the sale people might be stocking up. My candles came is good condition too. Something I appreciate. Also fedex kept delaying my shipment. So I would say keep an close eye and track your order. Hope this helps a bit ♥️
