I would say being sincere and honest go a long way. I've worked with him for about 2 years now. I honor him on his day and only request assistance as needed. I worked on building a solid relationship with him and let him know that was my intention the 1st time I petitioned him.

My friend was going through a divorce. She was the breadwinner & had a LOT of debt. She asked me to petition him to remove the obstacles with selling their house. She only had 1 serious offer on the house but she would've still been in debt. That person backed out of the deal right after I petitioned him. A few weeks later she had another offer that was over the listing price. She ended up selling the house & pocketed $10,000 after everything was done. I then conjured him with a nice offering to say thank you.
