How do you properly pay respect to spirit when using the conjured candles outside of there specific day of the week??

Which part did u leave out?
Ok... so I burned my 4th pentacle of Venus candle last night into this morning. I realized I did not complete the conjure all the way. I left off the last part. I then did the incantation all over again, and then did the chant with the correct closure. Was I supposed to burn the candle for another 6 hours minimum?
Simply say i pay respects to the spirits of this day. The book shows their name i believe
