Has anyone written a petition with DA candle, do you write what you chant and where do you place it?

I write it and place it under candle. I also chant it then bury it after candle is done
I write mine out and chant for 5-8 min then burn it or you can put it on under the candle . I prefer to write it on brown paper bag.
