I'm not sure if we can write petitions for spelled candles or not but would writing petitions be a thing we can do for the 11 Spells candles? I know it's best if we focus on one goal but in case we do multiple goals can we do a petition as well as a chant?

A petition is geared toward conjure candles because after you invoke the spirits, you then command them.
A chant is geared toward spelled candles because after you light them, you direct their energy toward your intention.
Having too many goals toward 1 candle burn could misdirect/scatter the energy. You want all energy on one goal at a time.
In essence, treat it as if you were talking to a person telling them multiple things at once vs. one thing. It's mostly likely, the one thing would get done easily and sooner.
