Would it matter if the pictures are filtere? I can’t find a pic of the person with a filter 🙄

like they said too as long as eyes show.
also you can try using a photo editing software or website to remove their filter.
eyes must be visible its best the picture has no filter
I may have to do name and dob cause their face isn’t really clear and I don’t want to mess up
Best if the face is visible. Especially the eyes.
I just make copies of my targets picture
if they have ever been arrested look for a mug shot
