I want to use the 5th pentacle of the sun to move a business owner from a leasing space, so I can occupy it for my own business. The space is owned by my previous landlord. Who also told me the existing business owner is behind on water bills and other bills and may not be staying in the building but I want to be sure that he leaves so I can occupy the space. I don’t know his name just his nick name and I have a picture of him and the address to the building he’s leasing. is that enough? also can I use his nick name instead of his name. No one really knows his name cause everyone has been calling him his nickname for over 20 years, so isn’t that still considered his name? Also do I use a picture of him and a picture of the building along with the address? Or just his pic? or can I just use the picture of the salon?
